Cash, Cashiers’s Check, Personal Check with a Bank letter of credit. Property sold “AS-IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS”. Auctioneer is a Seller’s agent only. Auctioneer is not responsible for incorrect facts given as correct facts. Auctioneer reserves the right to deny any person admittance to the auction, to postpone or cancel the auction, to change any terms of the auction or particular conditions of sale upon announcement prior to or during the auction.  All announcements made on auction day shall take precedence over any previously announced, advertised or distributed information.  REAL ESTATE:  A $5,000.00, non refundable deposit will be required from  accepted high bidder:  Proof of  the deposit in this amount will be required at time of registration under the terms above. Terms for Purchase of Real Estate: Auction Form must be signed and closing must take place in 30 days of less. Owner’s confirmation is required for sale of real estate.  NO contingencies, including financing will be accepted with the offer. Backup bids may be accepted.  Buyers AGENTS must be registered along with their buyers prior to sale. Call for dead line.
